We’re seeking skilled and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Drouin. Part-time and casual positions are available, with the opportunity for additional casual shifts between Drouin and Traralgon.

Roster Line 1 – 21 Hours
Mon: 7:30am–10:00am, Tues: 7:30am–10:00am, Wed: 7:30am–3:30pm, Sun: 7:30am–3:30pm
Roster Line 2 – 15.5 Hours
Wed: 7:30am–10:00am, Thurs: 7:30am–10:00am, Fri: 7:30am–10:00am, Sat: 7:30am–3:30pm
Roster Line 3 – 13 Hours
Mon: 7:30am–3:30pm, Sat: 7:30am–10:00am, Sun: 7:30am–10:00am
Roster Line 4 – 24 Hours
Thurs: 3:30pm–7:30am (inactive 11:30pm–7:30am), Fri: 3:30pm–7:30am (inactive 11:30pm–7:30am), Sat: 3:30pm–7:30am (inactive 11:30pm–7:30am)
Roster Line 5 – 16 Hours
Mon: 3:30pm–7:30am (inactive 11:30pm–7:30am), Sun: 3:30pm–7:30am (inactive 11:30pm–7:30am)
Roster Line 6 – 16 Hours
Tues: 3:30pm–7:30am (inactive 11:30pm–7:30am)
What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher)
Current Employee Working With Children Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS New Worker Orientation Module/s
Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle
Skills in:
Bowel care
Catheter care
Manual handling (including repositioning in bed and using a gantry hoist)
Supporting daily living, meal preparation, and community access
