IMS Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IMS Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team in Sydney, Australia. This contract role is essential for ensuring the stability and performance of our information management systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising system functionality and supporting our business objectives through effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain information management systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson IMS solutions, including system integration, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting within telecom network environments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Qualifications:
