Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager – Business and People, while also assisting the Executive Team and key stakeholders across the organisation. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised EA/PA who thrives in a professional, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the General Manager – Business and People
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Organise domestic and international travel for key stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
- Provide general administrative support as required
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience managing executive calendars and travel arrangements
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional, discreet, and able to work independently

- 5+ years in a EA/PA role supporting multiple leaders
- Experience managing both business and family/personal responsibilities
- Calm, confident, emotionally intelligent and highly professional
- Able to anticipate needs and stay ahead of shifting priorities
- Strong discretion and maturity in handling confidential matters
- Strong interpersonal skills
