You’ll work directly alongside a top performing agent in the Southern Highlands, gaining hands on experience in every aspect of the sales process. From prospecting and client engagement to managing inspections, auctions, and contract signings, you’ll be at the heart of it all. This role offers invaluable exposure and growth opportunities that will help build the foundation for your future success in real estate.
What You’ll Do:
- Support a high performing agent in securing new listings
- Build relationships and handle inquiries from prospective buyers
- Manage the database and follow up on leads
- Prospect for new clients via calls and door knocking
- Assist with appraisals, open homes, auctions, and private inspections
- Attend valuations and pre-exchange/settlement inspections
- Manage emails, appointments, and diaries
About You:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Team player with a passion for real estate sales
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Resilient, motivated, and eager to succeed
- Confident on the phone with excellent people skills
- Available to work Saturdays
- Driver’s license and reliable car
- Genuine desire to build a career in Real Estate Sales
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour
