The Role
As a Treasury Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk across our growing portfolio. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for cash management, warehouse facility reporting, and financial analysis—helping us optimise funding strategies and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, forecast short- and long-term cash flows, and optimize liquidity to support business growth.
- Treasury Operations: Execute treasury transactions with precision, maintain strong banking relationships, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Funding & Debt Management: Support the management of funding facilities, including warehouse lines, securitizations, and bond programs, while preparing accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to senior management, including cash flow forecasts, financial models, and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes, enhance automation, and support the implementation of treasury management systems for greater efficiency.
What We’re Looking for:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CTP or postgrad a plus).
- 3–5 years’ experience in treasury or financial risk management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
