About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rostering & Administration Officer to join our team, based at our Bentley office.

In this key role, you will support the Service Delivery Team by coordinating and maintaining effective staff rosters to ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality care. You will be responsible for managing schedule changes, allocating resources efficiently, and maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, families, support workers, and internal teams.

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in rostering and scheduling within NDIS, aged care, or community services
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Disability, or a related field (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Understanding of the SCHADS Award or similar (highly desirable)
  • A commitment to continuous professional development
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute to process improvements

Compliance Requirements

  • Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
  • Valid driver’s licence
