About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you’ll drive growth across Sydney’s Hills District and Hawkesbury by building strong partnerships and unlocking new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Identify and secure new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with skin care professionals
  • Develop tailored business plans with clients to maximise success
  • Execute promotions and product launches
  • Track performance and report on sales activity

About You

You’re a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on achieving targets and building meaningful client relationships.

We’re looking for:

  • Background in beauty therapy with industry experience
  • Proven success in sales or territory management (skin, hair, or health preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and confidence in winning new business
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for growth
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Full driver’s licence (essential)
