About the role
- Provide high-level chairside support across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
- Act as a senior team member, supporting clinical flow and team coordination
- Deliver a premium, five-star patient experience at every touchpoint
- Maintain exceptional standards in sterilisation and infection control
- Support training and guidance of junior team members where required
- Assist with administrative and clinical systems to ensure seamless operations
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in a senior capacity
- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (required)
- Are confident supporting complex and high-end procedures
- Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
