We are seeking an experienced Senior Dental Assistant (2+ years’ experience) to join our premium Adelaide clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step up and contribute at a higher level within a high-performing clinical team.

About the role
- Require a strong clinical background to confidently step into chairside support across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures as needed, while primarily focusing on training and team support
- Act as a senior team member, supporting clinical flow and team coordination
- Demonstrate leadership and administrative capability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow
- Create a positive, collaborative team culture while supporting the development of junior staff
- Deliver a premium, five-star patient experience at every touchpoint
- Maintain exceptional standards in sterilisation and infection control
- Assist with administrative and clinical systems to ensure seamless operations
- Support ordering, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in a senior/leadership capacity
- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)
- Enjoy mentoring, training, and bringing out the best in others
- Are confident supporting complex and high-end procedures
- Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
