About the role

  • Require a strong clinical background to confidently step into chairside support across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures as needed, while primarily focusing on training and team support
  • Act as a senior team member, supporting clinical flow and team coordination
  • Demonstrate leadership and administrative capability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow
  • Create a positive, collaborative team culture while supporting the development of junior staff
  • Deliver a premium, five-star patient experience at every touchpoint
  • Maintain exceptional standards in sterilisation and infection control
  • Assist with administrative and clinical systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Support ordering, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in a senior/leadership capacity
  • Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)
  • Enjoy mentoring, training, and bringing out the best in others
  • Are confident supporting complex and high-end procedures
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
