About the Role:

You’ll join us as a Patient Coordinator, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our new Wollongong clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is a customer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

Please note: This role requires one month of initial training at our Sydney clinic before commencing in Wollongong.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
  • Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What You’ll Be Growing Into

  • Leading patient consultations and presenting treatment options
  • Building trust and rapport to guide patients through decision-making
  • Managing treatment plans, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
  • Driving sales conversions through genuine connection and education
  • Contributing to the overall performance and success of the clinic

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations
  • A passion for delivering premium, high-touch customer experiences
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a natural ability to influence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
