About this role:

As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient journey and upholding our premium brand experience.

• Deliver a warm, seamless, and high-end front-of-house experience
• Manage appointments, patient flow, and front desk operations
• Support administrative processes and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate daily schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver five-star service

Working Pattern:

• Approx. 32 hours per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (rotating roster)

About you:

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role
• Are naturally warm, engaging, and highly professional
• Take pride in delivering a premium, detail-oriented experience
• Are organised, efficient, and confident managing multiple tasks
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Bring experience from high-end retail, hospitality, or service environments (highly regarded)
