About the Role:
You’ll be our Front Office Coordinator – the warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique Balwyn. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs smoothly, you’ll help create a memorable and seamless experience for every client.

- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- “Check in” and “check out” clients while managing appointment schedules
- Handle phone enquiries and complete admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease
- Coordinate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
