Dental Boutique Berwick is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into an established premium clinic environment and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences from the very first interaction.
About the Role
You’ll be the warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique — setting the tone for every patient journey. From managing the front desk to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, you’ll be instrumental in creating a polished, high-end experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
This is more than just a front office role. With your experience, confidence, and ability to connect with people, you’ll also support elements of the Patient Coordinator (sales) function — helping guide patients through their treatment journey with clarity, care, and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Manage appointment schedules and patient flow efficiently
- Handle phone enquiries and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Create a calm, confident, and premium environment for patients
- Support patients through their treatment journey, including scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination
- Communicate treatment information clearly and confidently, helping patients feel informed and at ease
- Build strong rapport and trust with patients at every touchpoint
- Work closely with clinicians and the wider team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Contribute to an exceptional end-to-end patient experience that reflects our premium brand
About You
- You bring years of experience in a in a customer-facing role where you’ve managed appointments, supported clients, and handled day-to-day operations (e.g. reception, administration, or service-based roles)
- You have a strong background in customer service, ideally within dental, healthcare, or high-end service environments
- You’re confident, polished, and thrive in premium, people-focused settings
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- You’re emotionally intelligent and naturally build rapport with ease
- You’re motivated to grow, take on more responsibility, and contribute to a high-performing team
