What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound enquiries and warm leads
- Convert conversations into booked consultations
- Build rapport and create genuine client connections
- Work across phone, email, and CRM systems
- Manage bookings across multiple clinics
- Set appointments that convert into real treatments

- 1+ years in customer service, call centre, or sales
- Confident, clear, and professional phone manner
- Resilient, driven, and target-focused
- Ability to work independently and stay disciplined
- Strong communication and organisation skills
