Dental Boutique in Melton is seeking passionate, full-time Dental Assistants to join our foundation team and help shape an unforgettable patient experience from day one.

What You’ll Do
- Chairside support — assist clinicians in delivering precise, safe, and confident treatment
- Sterilisation & room preparation — maintain a pristine, organised, and efficient clinical environment
- Patient experience — welcome patients, provide comfort, and guide them through their visit
- Administrative support — assist reception when needed, including scheduling and patient communication
- Team collaboration — work closely with a supportive and dedicated team, committed to excellence
About You
- 2+ years Dental assisting experience (ideally at least 3 years)
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (completed or in progress) ideal, not essential
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Friendly, bubbly, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
- Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in dental healthcare
- Full-time availability
