A motivated Occupational Health and Safety Adviser for Demos Property Services Pty Ltd, with experience in the cleaning industry, is sought to manage the occupational health and safety of a premium CBD asset.
The successful applicant will:
Have prior experience in a supervisory role, with the capability to guide and instruct staff in occupational health and safety (OHS) practices.
Be skilled in designing, executing, and evaluating both environmental health management programs and OHS initiatives.
Offer professional guidance and ensure adherence to applicable regulations, while also spearheading preventative measures related to communicable diseases, food hygiene, wastewater management, recreational and domestic water standards, hazardous material handling, and pollution control (air, sea, water, and noise) to promote public health.
Oversee routine workplace inspections and assessments to maintain compliance with safety protocols.
Thoroughly log and examine workplace incidents to guarantee safe and healthy conditions, and manage the reintegration process for injured staff members.
Exhibit excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as the position requires regular interaction with clients.
Maintain a consistently professional appearance.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a dedicated work ethic.”
Company issued technology as well as training will be provided in Company Policies and Client Reporting but Microsoft Office skills necessary.
