Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to individuals in need within the social care sector. Responsibilities:

– Providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

– Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary

– Supporting individuals with daily activities and tasks

– Monitoring health conditions and reporting any changes

– Providing emotional support and companionship

– Promoting independence through encouragement of self-care activities

Qualifications:

– Minimum of an associate degree in social work or related field

– Previous experience working in a social care setting is preferred but not required

– Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation needs

– First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
