Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Coach to enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare team. Qualifications: – Registered Nurse or equivalent healthcare qualification. – Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a coaching or training role. – Strong understanding of clinical practices and patient care standards. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to assess and evaluate clinical competencies effectively. – Experience in developing training materials and programmes. – Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
