What You Will Be Doing

• Connecting with buyers online, over the phone and in person
• Asking the right questions and helping buyers choose the home that fits
• Guiding customers from first enquiry to signed contract with confidence and clarity
• Staying on top of leads through consistent follow-up and communication
• Working weekends because that’s when buyers are active and ready to move

What You Bring

• 1+ years’ experience in new home sales
• Communication skills that build trust quickly
• A proactive, organised mindset with strong follow through
• Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline
• Willingness to work weekends and travel, knowing that’s when you make the biggest impact
