The opportunity
As Brand Manager – Oncology, reporting to the Marketing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering insight-driven marketing strategies within a complex and evolving oncology environment.
This is a distinctive opportunity for an experienced oncology marketer who values collaboration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and our global alliance partner to shape brand strategies, support successful product launches, and elevate customer engagement across multiple oncology indications — including breast and future indications.
You’ll also contribute to setting clear, consistent marketing standards that support strong KEE partnerships and meaningful outcomes for people affected by cancer.
Your day to day
• Deliver insight driven brand strategies and launch plans aligned to business priorities
• Support successful product launches, driving in field marketing initiatives and KEE engagement
• Lead and contribute to cross functional planning and execution
• Partner closely with our global alliance partner to share insights and deliver aligned initiatives
• Support marketing activity across multiple oncology indications and new market segments
• Bring structure, curiosity and fresh thinking to how we plan and deliver our work

• Delivering and shaping a unified marketing approach with our alliance partner.
• Being instrumental in creating and setting the marketing standard, that will shape best practice.
• Supporting and driving an effective brand plan that positively impacts the lives of those affected by cancer.
• Realising the potential of a product portfolio that is setting the standard in an evolving market.
About you
This role will suit you if you’re motivated by meaningful work, complexity and shared progress.
• You bring 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• You have experience in oncology, or a strong interest in and understanding of how the Australian oncology market operates
• You are able to develop and deliver marketing initiatives end to end, from planning through to execution
• You work openly and reliably with others, take responsibility for outcomes, and follow work through
• You are comfortable operating when not everything is defined, and able to put practical structure in place as needed
• You enjoy building shared understanding and moving work forward with others.
