About the role

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Admin Assistant to join our Repairs & RMA team in Brunswick. This is a hands-on operational role sitting at the centre of how we manage repair cases end-to-end — keeping things moving for customers, stores, and our manufacturing partners.

You don’t need a background in drones or tech. You need to be someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and keeps things from falling through the cracks.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across our RMA system and SAP Business One to support the full repair lifecycle, from the moment a case is lodged through to the device getting back to the customer.

  • Creating and managing repair jobs, validating case information, and ensuring accurate classification before progression.

Customer & store communications

  • Responding to repair status enquiries via email and phone
  • Following up on outstanding quotes and keeping customers informed at key points in the process
  • Liaising with our retail stores on device logistics, transfers, and escalations
  • Processing invoices and supporting payment coordination for repair services

What we’re looking for

  • Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable picking up new systems quickly (SAP experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
  • Able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Proficiency with case management systems and databases.
  • Experience in administrative or operational support roles.
  • Experience in an admin, operations, or customer-facing role is helpful but not essential
