ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – NANNUP THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY
About the Role:
The role of the Administration Officer is to provide administrative support to the Service Manager and the Therapeutic Community (TC).
The position is the first point of contact for consumers, workers, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment; a welcoming approach is essential to this position.
The position is offered as a full-time role working 76 hours per fortnight and is located at our Nannup TC in the Southwest, surrounded by natural bushland.
Level 2/3 $77,589-$87,956 per annum.

- To be appointed / successful in this role, you will require the following key qualifications, skills and experience:
- Diploma in office administration, business administration certificate, or equivalent qualification and/or experience.
- A welcoming, person-focused manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Sound written communication skills, with experience in minute-taking.
- Effective organisational skills, particularly in regard to filing systems and administrative resource management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and an understanding of boundaries.
- The ability to work under direction and to use initiative where appropriate.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and colleagues.
- Well-developed computer skills, including data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience working in a similar organisation.
Full work rights, Current Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate, and current Police Clearance.
