Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and driven Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the organisation, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organising and coordinating meetings, and interviews.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and redirecting as necessary.
- Place outbound calls to customers to schedule work on site.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- On-boarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Supervision of rostering.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar role.
- A background in technology is not essential but will advantageous.
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
