The eCommerce Coordinator plays a critical operational role in delivering and optimising CULTIVER’s DTC and B2B customer experience in Australia and the USA. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the eCommerce plan, ensuring a seamless and effective website experience with the brand, our customer and conversion in mind.
You will be the on-site product champion, and work alongside the broader Digital & Marketing team to execute the marketing calendar, always maintaining content excellence with a strong attention to detail.
The role requires technical knowledge of Shopify, SEO and CRO, an analytical skillset to analyse GA4 and platform data to ensure optimal site effectiveness.

You will thrive in this role if you can take on these key responsibilities;
- Deliver day-to-day website operations across the DTC and B2B Australian and US sites
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all touchpoints across the website present relevant content, copy and creative for BAU, campaigns and launches
- Execute CMS changes and campaign roll-outs, including uploading assets, product updates, merchandising adjustments, and promotional content/ mechanics (GWPs, sales promotions)
- Be the product champion; create new products and maintain product enrichment, ensuring product information is accurate
- Optimise product collections and category pages to improve discoverability and merchandise flagged areas (low stock alerts, top-selling products, broken size runs)
- Implement ongoing SEO best-practice and optimisations
- Proactively propose and implement improvements to boost conversion, increase average order value, drive engagement or enhance experience across the customer lifecycle
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for external Shopify development agency, taking ownership to brief website updates and technical requirements, review output and track deliverables
- Produce and analyse daily, weekly and monthly analytics via GA4 and Funnel
About you
- 2-3+ years in an eCommerce coordinator or similar hands-on digital role
- Demonstrated experience with Shopify Plus, and strong understanding of SEO and CRO principles
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS, Searchspring (or similar) is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to QA your own work thoroughly
- Effective time-management and excellent communication skills
- Proactive growth-driven thinker and problem-solver
