You will thrive in this role if you can take on these key responsibilities;
- Execute the email and SMS marketing strategy including campaigns and flows that effectively engage our audiences and drives revenue
- Produce brand-aligned, high-performing and converting content and copy, adapting as necessary for the Australian and US regions
- Build, test and schedule communications in Klaviyo, with incredible attention to detail
- In collaboration with the Marketing, Digital and CX teams, design and implement customer loyalty or retention programs for repeat customers and high-value segments
- Develop customer segmentation models based on behavior, purchase history, and lifecycle stage, leveraging a customer data platform
- Create and optimise email and SMS workflows that guide customers through their journey by building advanced email automations and behavioral triggers
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimise content, subject lines, send times, and campaign performance
- Manage email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with regional data privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, Australian Privacy Act)
- Develop comprehensive reporting on retention metrics and channel performance
About you
- 2-3 years in a CRM, email, retention, or lifecycle marketing role, ideally within a DTC or ecommerce brand.
- Proficiency with Email & SMS marketing, customer data and/or retention platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Omnisend, Postscript, Attentive).
- Strong understanding of customer data analysis, segmentation strategies and Ecommerce performance metrics
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to create compelling marketing copy
- Focused and proactive with a strong attention to detail
