Description

Our hotels never sleep — and neither do we when it comes to creating exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a Part Time Night Auditor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can help keep our hotel operating smoothly overnight. In this role, you will balance daily accounts, support the overnight operation, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, safe, and well looked after throughout their stay.

What you’ll do:

  • Process guest payments, room charges, and daily transactions in accordance with hotel procedures
  • Complete end-of-day auditing and reconciliation tasks accurately
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
  • Manage overnight guest enquiries, requests, and wake-up calls
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare reports and communicate relevant information to the Leadership team
  • Assist with special guest requests and overnight operational tasks
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and hotel premises
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents when required
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Night Auditor, Front Office, or similar hotel role is highly regarded
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processing
  • Cash handling experience for counting and securing bank and processing cash payments
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with PMS software, Opera preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and confidently overnight
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and security procedures
