Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our leadership team and play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable and memorable stay.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll support the Executive Housekeeper in delivering high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service. You’ll lead a team of Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Housepersons ensuring every touchpoint contributes to an outstanding guest experience.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and coach housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Conduct room and public area inspections to maintain brand standards
• Allocate rooms and tasks for rostered team members on shift
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional service
• Report and log any maintenance issues or property damage
• Manage stock levels of linen, amenities and supplies
• Respond to guest and VIP requests with care and attention
• Support deep cleaning projects and assist during peak periods
• Provide training and guidance to new team members

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Housekeeping Leadership in a full service hotel
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positivity in the team
• Committed to delivering exceptional level of Guest Service
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
• Ability to legally work full time in Australia
