Food & Beverage Team Leader

What you’ll do:

• Support the Food & Beverage Leadership team to deliver daily operational excellence
• Ensure all food and beverage offerings are presented to the highest standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that promotes team engagement

What we’re looking for:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, ideally within a hotel environment
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
