Description

We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders
  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee to brand standards
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
  • Operate the bar area, including restocking, maintaining presentation standards and monitoring stock levels
  • Mix and serve basic cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
  • Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and professionally
  • Assist with breakfast setup and pack-down, including buffet presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented work environment
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest enquiries professionally
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service in a hotel is preferred
  • A passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences
  • Proven barista and/or cocktail experience is highly regarded
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Valid RSA and Food Safety Certification
