What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front – Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver 5-star customer experiences.
- Run the show – Oversee all store operations, including staffing, stock, compliance, and financial performance.
- Own the numbers – Drive your store’s success by hitting KPIs and smashing sales targets.
- Be the go-to expert – Share your travel knowledge and currency insights with customers and your team.
About You
- Have at least 2 years’ experience managing a team in retail, banking or hospitality.
- Are commercially minded and know how to drive performance through people and process.
- Take ownership, solve problems, and love building a team that wins together.
- Are detail-oriented and confident in handling cash in a fast-paced environment.
- Are passionate about customer service, and bonus points if you love travel too.
