We are on the hunt for our next part time Business Development Specialist team member to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our office in Epping, VIC.
This role will operate full-time, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri).
Requirements
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll get to:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the Sales team
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep prospects engaged throughout the pipeline
- Accurately track activity and pipeline metrics in our CRM
- Work closely with the Sales team to support revenue targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service while building and maintaining client relationships
- Assist with basic proposals and presentations where required

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be a bonus!
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
