🏏 Join Cricket Victoria – We’re hiring a Participation Programs Delivery Lead to join our Community Cricket team!

Are you passionate about community sport, increasing junior participation and leading a highly motivated casual workforce?

We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as our Participation Programs Delivery Lead.

This position will support the delivery of entry-level and school cricket programs through effective administration, staffing and training, and budget management for the following regions: Western Country, Central Highlands, Mallee Murray, Northern Rivers West, Outer West Metro, Inner West Metro, North West Metro, Northern Metro and Barwon.

💪The Role

  • Support the growth of entry-level programs (Cricket Blast, Smash Series and Junior Club Cricket) by overseeing all administrative functions, including program setup, staffing coordination, and registration management.
  • Lead and manage the program administration for Sporting Schools, School Cups and other national schools’ programs.
  • Clearly communicate opportunities for extended club-based promotion through school programs to the appropriate members of the broader Community Cricket team.
  • Oversee all administrative functions associated with the delivery and management of Cricket Victoria’s Social Sixes program.
  • Collaborate with Big Bash Victoria to ensure Smash Series programs are strategically aligned with their brand identity and effectively engage their fan base.
  • Recruit and onboard all Community Cricket casual staff.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and deliver targeted training for the casual workforce.
  • Develop and maintain fortnightly rosters through our Time & Attendance system, Employment Hero.
  • Maintain data integrity in our customer management system, Salesforce, by regularly entering school program data and conducting monthly data-quality audits.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Valid Victorian employee Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate (or equivalent) (or arranged on appointment)
  • Current Driver’s Licence
