Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Content & Strategic Communications in this role you will:
- Be responsible for implementing a social media strategy and content plan that focuses on Cricket all year round
- Create end to end compelling content across Cricket NSW social media channels to strengthen connection and inspire Cricket participation
- Collaborate internally to drive a storytelling culture through CNSW channels across the state
- Drive connection and passion for the CNSW Blues and Breakers through our Social Media Channels
- Take ownership for maximizing quality, reach and impact of CNSW channels
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or similar
- Experience creating high quality creative content
- Experience managing social media channels, strategic direction and content plans
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organisational skills
