ABOUT US
Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and
growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite
professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a
purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and
love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow
the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and
strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use
our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver
memorable experiences to participants and fans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with cricket clubs,
committees and volunteers, ensuring that volunteers and participants remain
central to planning, decision-making and service delivery
- Engage proactively with key stakeholders to increase the successful
transition of program participants into registered players at local cricket
clubs, including the design and implementation of targeted acquisition and
retention strategies.
- Provide leadership, guidance and ongoing development support to club
volunteers to enhance the effective delivery of cricket activities, programs
and competitions throughout the region
- Manage local NPS and Voice of Customer data and insights to ensure
volunteers and participants are at the heart of decision making
- Work collaboratively with the Community Experience team to assist
associations and clubs to implement Australian Cricket policies, systems and
procedures.

- Experienced in building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and influencing skillS
- Availability to work flexible hours
