The role
CCSG operates across Insurance, Asset Finance and Banking and Finance sectors. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for managing credit accounts for our clients.

CCSG Legal is seeking for a talented individual to join our vibrant team, with strong technical knowledge of insurance law and debt recoveries. Get ready to dive into a range of engaging tasks and gain hands-on experience.
As an Associate, you will develop relationships with clients and an understanding of their businesses and economic drivers in order to provide relevant, sound commercial legal advice and to take carriage of litigation matters with relative autonomy.
We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) for a full-time employee.
Responsibilities
Here’s an example of your day to day:
- Lead and mentor legal staff working on insurance matters, ensuring high-quality, timely work and professional development;
- Manage complex insurance cases, oversee case strategy, and provide expert legal advice on claims, coverage, and regulatory issues;
- Act as a key point of contact for insurer and corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships and exceeding service expectations;
- Review and quality-check legal work for accuracy, compliance, and commercial outcomes;
- Support business development and represent the firm in insurance industry events and client meetings;
- Stay current with insurance law, market trends, and regulatory developments to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
Culture fit is key and we value both experience and qualities such as:
- 3-5 years+ of post admission experience;
- Strong background in insurance recoveries litigation and/or commercial litigation matters;
- Proven ability to independently produce high-quality documents;
- End to end file management experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage time effectively;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience using legal file management systems
