As the face of our coworking spaces, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment for members and guests, while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to members, guests, and visitors
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering timely and high-quality service
  • Support members with daily workspace needs to ensure a seamless experience
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are presentation-ready
  • Assist with onboarding, including access passes and workspace orientation
  • Maintain shared spaces such as kitchens, coworking areas, and reception
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and general administrative tasks
  • Support centre events and contribute to a vibrant, engaged community
  • Monitor presentation standards and report maintenance issues as required

About You

  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Experience supporting office or workspace operations (preferred)
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
