About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced Senior Brand Manager, gaining invaluable mentorship while supporting the execution of brand strategies across a premium portfolio.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of marketing experience who is ready to accelerate their career within a fast-paced and inspiring industry.
Key Responsibilities
Working under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager, you will:
- Support the development of brand marketing plans and budgets
- Coordinate and maintain launch and promotional calendars
- Contribute to retailer strategy meetings, including preparing presentations and supporting materials
- Manage product administration including setup, pricing, and retailer order forms
- Assist with forecasting, lifecycle management, and logistics tracking
- Execute promotional activations, including in-store visibility and consumer events
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales analysis and performance reports
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Provide general administrative and team support
About You
You are motivated, curious, and ready to take ownership of your work. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn from experienced leaders.
You will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence to ask questions, take initiative, and learn from experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (assessment required)
- A genuine passion for the beauty and fragrance industry
- A qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
