We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our well established business with a great team culture located in Karratha, Western Australia. This is a residential, Monday-Friday role, supporting our Pavement Services team across projects in Karratha and throughout the Pilbara region. We are seeking a dynamic team member to assist with all project mobilisation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, subcontractors, plant and equipment
  • Managing rosters, mobilisation schedules and workforce lists
  • Ensuring personnel meet site compliance requirements (medicals, licences, inductions, training, PPE) prior to mobilisation
  • Booking and coordinating flights, accommodation, hire vehicles and travel logistics
  • Preparing mobilisation packs, itineraries and project documentation
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting project procurement
  • Assisting with mobilisation cost tracking and month-end reporting
  • Maintaining mobilisation trackers, compliance records and workforce systems
  • Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth mobilisation delivery

About You:

  • Experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination or project administration within civil, mining or construction environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating travel, onboarding and workforce compliance
  • Familiarity with purchase orders and procurement processes
  • High attention to detail and strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Workbench or similar systems desirable)
