We’re calling for experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join our pipeline of talent in Karratha and across the Pilbara. As a well-established business with a strong team culture, we’re looking for operators who are motivated, detail-driven, and open to working across a variety of civil construction projects where their skills are needed.
What You Will Need:
Minimum: Valid HR+ License, Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Excavator, Articulated Dump Truck
Preferred: Grader and Dozer ticket with GPS and UTS experience.
Desirable: all of the above with Final Trim experience.
You will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to present fit for work at all times. You will need to pass a DAS and pre-employment medical.
- Adhere to Company and site safety standards.
- Must have experience in Civil Construction or Earthworks.
- Strong team-work and communication skills.
- Already completed Rio Tinto Inductions will be very well regarded.
