We are seeking experienced Asphalt Plant Operators/Batchers to join our busy Pavement Services team. This role will primarily be responsible for operating and managing our fixed asphalt plant based inv Karratha, while also supporting mobile asphalt plants on projects throughout the Pilbara and Kimberley region when required.
This role joins the Asphalt team based in Karratha, however the right candidate should be prepared to travel to other locations throughout the Pilbara and Kimberley region. This role can be offered residentially to Karratha or FIFO from capital cities within Australia.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years working in asphalt operations.
- HR Driver’s Licence (valid in WA)
- Must hold a current Blue/White Card (valid in WA)
- Previous experience operating machinery – Front End Loader, Rollers, Paver, Skid Steer
- Able to pass Drug and Alcohol and Pre-Employment Medical assessments
- Focused on compliance with safety requirements
- Must be prepared to work hard and work well within a team environment
