headspace is Australia’s leading youth mental health service, supporting young people aged 12–25 with mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, and work and study needs. headspace centres are deeply connected to their local community, offering holistic and youth‑friendly mental health support tailored to the needs of young people.
