About the Role

We seek a skilled service coordinator to control the schedule across New South Wales. This is a pivotal role that connects our customers with our skilled technicians, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the daily and weekly schedule for technicians across NSW.
  • Coordinate job assignments to meet company targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor work orders and ensure adherence to required KPIs.
  • Manage job-related logistics, including ordering parts and processing invoices.
  • Handle phone inquiries, coordinate quotes, follow-ups, and manage equipment deliveries.
  • Ensure the highest level of teamwork, professionalism, attendance, punctuality, presentation and ethics are demonstrated and maintained
  • Ensure punctual interactions with clients, other members of the customer service team and service teams
  • Remain conscious at all times of the financial health of the organization and the impact of decisions and actions upon the financial performance of the business
  • Attend to client invoicing as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar scheduling role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Familiarity with SimPRO software is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Responsible for high quality customer interaction internally and externally
