About the role
Coreserve Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and ambitious Food Production Cleaning Business Development professional to join our team in Girraween, NSW.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and securing lucrative contracts with clients in the food production industry.
What you’ll be doing
• Prospecting and cold-calling potential clients to identify new business opportunities
• Conducting detailed market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings
• Preparing winning proposals and presentations to secure new contracts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food production industry
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative cleaning solutions tailored to client needs
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Monitoring and reporting on sales pipeline and performance metrics
• Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Providing administrative support to the service team as needed
What we’re looking for
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in new business development, preferably within the food production or cleaning services industries
• Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and contracts
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the food production industry
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or a related field
