About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our growing Brisbane office. This role is ideal for someone looking to move into an office environment or for a candidate with some existing administrative experience who wants to continue developing their skills
In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of the office and play an important part in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. You’ll provide reception support, assist with general administration tasks, and help create a welcoming and well‑organised workplace for both staff and visitors.
It is a great opportunity for applicants coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, or administrative background. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities over time.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn. While extensive office experience isn’t required, a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to take initiative are essential.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or administration (or a strong desire to move into an office‑based role)
- Willingness to learn new systems and take on a variety of tasks
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
- A friendly, positive attitude with the confidence to take initiative
