Coolway Trans is a family-run refrigerated transport business based in Morningside, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable, safety-conscious HR Driver to join our local Brisbane fleet. If you take pride in your work, value long-term stability, and want to drive a well-maintained, late-model automatic truck — we’d love to hear from you. The Role

Monday to Friday, with start times between 4am and 8am. You’ll be running local refrigerated freight across the Brisbane Metro area, with occasional weekend work available for those who want it. What You’ll Do

• Safely operate late-model automatic trucks across Brisbane Metro and some regional runs
• Keep your vehicle clean, tidy, and well-maintained
• Follow all safety and company procedures
• Deliver friendly, professional service to our customers

What You’ll Need

• Current HR Licence
• At least 1 year HR driving experience in the Brisbane Metro area
• Clean Driver History Report
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude
• Refrigerated transport and/or forklift experience (highly regarded, not essential)
• Full Australian working rights with no restriction on hours

Pay & Conditions

• Casual rate (probation): $40/hr
• Permanent rate: $38/hr
• Overtime Meal Allowance: $20.32
• Local Brisbane work – home every night
