About the role:

The role is responsible for supporting the delivery and coordination of CSQ programs and services. You will assist with stakeholder engagement, program administration, reporting and event coordination to help meet industry skills and training needs.

Day-to-day you will enjoy:

  • Coordinating programs, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Working closely with industry stakeholders, training providers, and internal teams
  • Managing schedules, logistics, and supporting project delivery
  • Preparing reports, maintaining data, and tracking program outcomes
  • Assisting with workshops, forums, and industry events
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team projects
  • Providing administrative support to the Industry Development team

You will be someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Collaborative, with a team-focused mindset
  • Detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data and reporting

 You will have:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a coordinator or administrator role
  • Experience using information or customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Qualifications in business or education, and an understanding of the building and construction and VET sectors, will be highly regarded
