The role of a Staff Software Engineer at Constantinople will involve the following:
· Technical development and design of products
· Support across the squads including mentoring mid-developers to ensure code quality and consistency
· Deploying and operating 1 or more services in production
· Actively contributing to technical decision making
· Supporting clients, regulators and auditors
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
· Designing product roadmaps
The following experience is necessary to fulfill the role:
· Minimum of 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer
· Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in a related technical field
· Extensive experience in cloud-native, event driven architecture
· Experience leading and managing teams
· Proven communication and troubleshooting skills
· Effective management of external vendors
