Harvest, Market & Farm All Rounder

Casual | Myocum, NSW

4 days, 6am to 2:30pm (seasonal time variations)

Join a regenerative farm where every day is different.

We’re looking for a capable, organised and hands-on team member to work across harvest, produce preparation, farmers markets and the day-to-day operational support that keeps our farm running smoothly.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys practical work, thrives on variety and takes pride in being organised, reliable and getting things done well.

No two days are the same, and your contribution will help keep our farm, markets and daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work across a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Completing errands, purchasing, banking and collections.
  • Harvesting fresh produce.
  • Washing, packing, processing and preparing produce for sale, including products such as juices and dehydrated goods.
  • Preparing and operating our weekly farmers market stall.
  • Serving customers and accurately processing cash and EFTPOS transactions.
  • Maintaining harvest materials, market equipment and operational supplies.
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised and ready for use.
  • Supporting seasonal farm activities as operational priorities require.

  • Is friendly, professional and enjoys interacting with customers.

  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards.
  • Is trustworthy when handling cash, banking and company resources.
  • Is physically capable of harvest and outdoor work.

Essential Requirements

  • Current Australian Driver Licence.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical capability to undertake harvest, lifting and outdoor work.
  • Availability for weekly farmers markets.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in administration support, retail, hospitality, farming or fresh produce.
  • Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions.
  • Experience preparing or processing fresh food.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
