Promote our white label products, build broker trust and grow our NSW portfolio using your strong lending knowledge, influencing and sales abilities. You will become part of an experienced team that will support you in the role. Along with additional in field support from our funder BDMs, you will be set up for success!

Connective Lending (CL) is a core growth area and offers a unique range of white label loan products for our brokers to exceed their clients’ needs. CL deliver highly competitive loans with attractive interest rates, practical functions, and most importantly, service clients can count on. CL continues to grow and we are currently seeking a CL Connective Lending Manager to join our NSW Team.

The Role

The Connective Lending Manager is a sales role and will operate as a product and policy expert across all CL funders. The successful candidate will identify and influence existing and potential brokers to trust and offer CL to their clients. Your key responsibilities include:

• Identify and develop business from targeted Connective brokers.

• Educate brokers on CL benefits and how to promote and process applications.

• Coach and upskill sales staff on products and selling strategies.

• Monitor real time CL sales performance and present at weekly state-based meetings.

• Champion the CL offering through events, joint-visits, networking and presentations.

• Work closely with the CL Manager – Sales & Support to plan and execute acquisition, growth and retention strategies.

The Person

You will have skills that allow you to instill trust and confidence in your client quickly. You should also possess an inherent sales ability and have a strong lending knowledge with the capability to interpret products and policies and confidently discuss deals. You will be self-motivated, thrive in a diverse environment and enjoy building long standing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also possess:

• Demonstrated experience in a lender BDM or acquisition focused sales role.

• A thorough knowledge of residential credit.

• Experience using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) to generate insights and plan activity.

• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently and autonomously.

• A current Australian driver’s licence and own transport.
