We’re on the lookout for dedicated Mental Health Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and thrive on helping others, we want to hear from you!

We have several clients we are recruiting for in Magill and Morphett Vale SA. There may be flexibility to work with both or the client that you feel your experience aligns with the most.

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Disability Support Worker, you’ll be working directly with participants to provide practical, emotional, and social support in line with their individual NDIS goals.

Your day may include:

  • Supporting clients with daily routines and household tasks
  • Facilitating community participation and social activities
  • Assisting with emotional regulation and mental wellness strategies
  • Providing personal care and medication support (where required)
  • Promoting independence, safety, and self-advocacy

What we’re looking for:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, Youth Work, or Mental Health
  • Experience in disability, mental health, or community support
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and psychosocial recovery
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Valid South Australian Driver’s License & Reliable, Insured Vehicle
